    JN Phillips Auto Glass is currently seeking an Outside Account Executive for Fairfield County, CT!


    We are currently looking for a detail oriented, motivated individual to join our growing sales team! This position will allow the perfect candidate to learn, grow and work with all of our amazing staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. Account Executives will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.     Responsibilities and Expectations:

    • Develop and sustain professional relationships with a range decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. (Includes business owners, executives and customer service staff at insurance companies, car dealerships and fleets in a defined geographic area)
    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build credibility, secure meetings and influence primary decision makers through in person visits, networking, and online.
    • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for new and existing Insurance Agent and Auto Dealer/Fleet segments.

    • Style of collaboration, communication, and accountability throughout the organization, with the focus on growing the market area



    • Standard hours are 8 am – 5 pm, additional time required for planning, paperwork, client entertaining, and networking
    • Meet with an average of 15 clients/prospects per day through in person cold calls, service calls, and set appointments
    • Strong written and verbal presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
    • Prepare and submit quarterly and weekly plan and recap, daily call logs, account projections, mileage logs, expense reports, and other reports as needed
    • Bachelors’ degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
    • Experience in auto glass insurance preferred but not required.  Will train the right individual.
